Mild and delicious, red clover sprouts are one of the highest dietary sources of isoflavones. Vitamins A, B, C, E and K, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Zinc, Carotene, Chlorophyll, and amino acids. Similar to alfalfa sprouts in flavour, clover sprouts are nutty and mild, but tiny. Their first leaves have a lighter colour and they shed their hulls more easily than alfalfa.
